1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the CryptoInsight website (cryptoinsight.com) and all related services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

CryptoInsight is operated by CryptoInsight Ltd., a company registered in the United Kingdom with company registration number 50045675 and registered office at Studio 99, Knight Points, Lake Zacharyton, PL20 6JB.

  • Use any data mining, robots, scraping, or similar data gathering methods
  • Download or copy account information for the benefit of another merchant
  • Rent, lease, loan, sell, sublicense, or distribute access to the Service to any third party
  • Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent

3.3 Trademarks

The CryptoInsight name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of CryptoInsight or its affiliates or licensors. You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of CryptoInsight.

3.4 User Content

If you submit, upload, post, or share content on our Service, such as comments, feedback, or suggestions ("User Content"), you grant CryptoInsight a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content in any media.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or control all rights in and to the User Content and have the right to grant the license above
  • The User Content does not violate the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights
  • The User Content does not contain material that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable

4. User Conduct

While using our Service, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose, or to promote illegal activities
  • Post, upload, or distribute any content that is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, inaccurate, or that a reasonable person could deem to be objectionable, profane, indecent, pornographic, harassing, threatening, embarrassing, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate
  • Impersonate any person or entity, falsely claim an affiliation with any person or entity, or access the Service accounts of others without permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service or the servers or networks used to make the Service available, or violate any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of such networks
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' accounts, or computer systems or networks connected to the Service
  • Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from the Service
  • Use the Service to transmit any computer viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or other items of a destructive nature
  • Use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other automated device, process, or means to access, retrieve, scrape, or index any portion of the Service

5.1 No Investment Advice

The Content provided on our Service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice. We are not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution and do not provide investment advice or recommendations. The Content should not be construed as an offer to sell, a solicitation of an offer to buy, or a recommendation for any cryptocurrency, digital asset, or investment strategy.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE
  • THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE
  • THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS
  • ANY ERRORS IN THE SERVICE WILL BE CORRECTED

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CRYPTOINSIGHT, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CRYPTOINSIGHT ASSUMES NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR:

  • ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES IN CONTENT
  • PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF OUR SERVICE
  • ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN
  • ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM OUR SERVICE
  • ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE THAT MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH OUR SERVICE BY ANY THIRD PARTY
  • ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE INCURRED AS A RESULT OF YOUR USE OF ANY CONTENT POSTED, EMAILED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICE

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID CRYPTOINSIGHT IN THE LAST SIX (6) MONTHS, OR, IF GREATER, ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CryptoInsight, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

  • Your use of and access to the Service
  • Your violation of any term of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
  • Any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party

This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of the Service.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause. The number of arbitrators shall be one. The seat, or legal place, of arbitration shall be London, England. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, you agree that CryptoInsight shall be entitled to apply for injunctive remedies (or an equivalent type of urgent legal relief) in any jurisdiction.

9. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

We reserve the right to update and change these Terms from time to time. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to these Terms. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified Terms and agreement to abide and be bound by the modified Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Service, without notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe is in violation of these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, third parties, or the business interests of CryptoInsight.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service, or you may contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11. Miscellaneous

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by CryptoInsight on the Service, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and CryptoInsight concerning the Service.

11.2 Waiver and Severability

The failure of CryptoInsight to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

11.3 Assignment

These Terms, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by CryptoInsight without restriction.
